I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Natixis (London, England)
Interview
I was looking for a company that actually showed that they valued their employees. Kiyofumi Toriyama, a member of the Securitisation Department at Natixis, was my third interviewer, and you could really tell that he loved Natixis. He boasted about many of the perks of working at Natixis, including its generous private insurance scheme benefits, a corporate gym membership for employee wellness, long-term disability insurance, and more. I was very impressed with both Mr. Toriyama and Natixis as a whole. Obviously, salary is important, but a company that goes above and beyond to treat its employees right is needed too. I'm hoping to move to the next level of the recruitment process very soon.
5 interviews and 4 months. That was not for CEO. I quitted when they announced me a 5th interview... They must think people are waiting forever for them.. HR doesn't even apologize. A pity honestly.
Not challenging no one really gave difficult. Recommend be more up front and honest with salary and expectations Would not recommend to anyone looking for a solid career. Interview took a few weeks and hiring process was not great
I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Natixis (Paris) in Sept 2021
Interview
Un peu long mais correct: un entretien RH, un entretien avec un manager et opérationnel. Puis un troisième entretien de dernière sélection. Avant tout ça il y a eu prise de contact au téléphone, ensuite échange de mail pour fixer les RDV.
