Interview
I emailed back and forth with someone for a little while. We had a phone interview for me to learn more about the position and him to learn more about me. He then emailed me after and asked me to come in for an in person interview with a few people on his team. I went and met with 4 more people. I first met with his boss, had lunch, then met with 3 people on his team. They didn't ask me very many questions about myself. They more so just explained about Nationwide and its opportunities. After the interview, I followed up with the original person I was talking with. He offered me the position.
They are kind and ask questions that are easy to answer. They want to get to know you more than talk about the job. You get drug tested if you get accepted

A 30-minute interview with basic non-coding questions. Wanted to know more about what I have learned and what projects I have done. Overall not a challenging interview, was more about what I was looking for in a company and what skills I have. I had fun in the interview and learned about nationwide.
