I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nationwide (Lone Tree, CO) in Apr 2017
Interview
Applied online, was then sent a questionnaire about experience etc. to submit back. Was then granted an in person interview that lasted about 2 hours including a sit along with an adjuster on the floor.

Describe a situation where you gave/received incredible customer serviced.
Someone from HR will reach out to you to schedule an interview if selected. The interviewer is very nice and makes the process comfortable and easy. They got back to me quickly.
Interview process took a few months. The interview are held with 2 different people from the hiring team. They ask you questions regarding experience and how you would react to certain scenarios. Overall the experience was good. I was able to learn about the position and its day to day.
