After applying online, I was contacted a few days later to complete an online portion that was a simulation-type process. About two days after that, I received an email requesting a phone interview. The phone interview was completely automated and asked basic questions about myself along with two or three behavioral questions.
A few days after the phone interview, I was contacted by phone to come in for an in-person interview. I was taken to a room where two people questioned me (one was typing all of my answers). I then switched to a different room where two different people questioned me with different questions (one typing my answers).
They were very good about keeping you at ease and were very nice. The whole process took about 30 minutes and wasn't bad at all. I definitely recommend researching the company's history and mission statement. Also, be prepared to be asked a lot of situational/behavioral (STAR-formatted) questions.
