Interview process was ok. Normal behavioral questions with 2 hiring managers. I had my interview a week ago and haven't heard anything back yet. I tried reaching out to the person who set up my interview for status but no luck in getting a response. I read one review where someone said they had the same experience of them going ghost after the interview and I'm beginning to think the same thing with me.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nationwide (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
The interview was pretty normal. They asked questions regarding my availability and desired salary. After that a series of questions about how I have handled previous customers. After questions I was told it would take two weeks to hear back from them.

How have you provided customer service above what was expected?
The interview was done remotely but very easy to navigate. There are multiple people asking you about 5 or 6 questions, typically behavioral based. The interview felt quick and everyone was very friendly.

Question 1
What is something you improved at your last job that helped your coworkers performance?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Nationwide (Ocala, FL) in Jan 2022
Interview
I have had 4 different video interviews with Nationwide and have not received any feedback as to why I was not offered any of the positions even though I requested feedback from the recruiter. Each time I interviewed, I heard not 1 word back from them, just got an email when they filled/closed the position.
