Question 1
Past background standing up strategy at a department or enterprise level. The leader was looking to stand up a new discipline at the company that would role out to the entire enterprise.
It was a three‑tiered interview process, each stage led by a different level of leadership. The first round focused on foundational fit and core competencies, the second round evaluated strategic thinking and role‑specific expertise, and the final round involved senior leaders assessing long‑term alignment, decision‑making style, and cultural contribution.
