I applied online. I interviewed at Nationwide Insurance
Interview
There was only a single round interview. It included the team manager and the lead. They traded asking a mix of behavioral and technical questions. It was less than an hour long.
I interviewed at Nationwide Insurance (Columbus, OH)
Interview
It was painfully slow with multiple interviewers over the course of several weeks. I made it past several years, but not the last couple of panel reviews. They were thoughtful and fair, I just wasn’t as prepared as I should’ve been. I think I just burned out after going through the process for literally a few months. I thought the last couple interviews were just a formality.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nationwide Insurance (Des Moines, IA) in Feb 2021
Interview
I had only one round of a phone interview with the hiring manager and other analysts on the team to discuss the position and my experience. It lasted about 40ish mins and asked me about 5-7 questions and then provided me more background about the team and the project
