Had a phone call prior to bringing me in for a scheduled interview. It was not a phone interview, just a discussion for the meeting/actual interview. Once I was at the interview, it was very easy. Had a great chat with my eventual manager, who was very good at what she did. It went very smooth and I ended up taking the position.
