Started with a pre-screen, phone interview, and in person interview. Very organized at check in. Very easy interviewer. CJO took longer than expected to come in. The process was easy and they provide reimbursement for meals and travel.

The interview process consisted of a writing assessment, aptitude test and video interview. They were all timed tests, which determined your ability to work under pressure. The video interview was a little awkward, not the questions themselves but the time you had to think of your answer and watching the timer count down as you answered.
