It was very bad process, Project Manager not attained an interview at given time. He told to reschedule an interview l and after that for half and hour he didn't asked anything related to software testing just wasted my time. He didn't have knowledge about testing, ended interview in between. It was a ridiculous experience.

Typically two round of interviews happen to assess the suitability of the candidate.. Folliwed by HR process of negotiations and other formalities upon short listing. Qualified CA with 2 yrs of industry experience are preferred. However freshers are also welcomed with right mindset.

Interview

Head CS , CFO & MD. HR process was bit slow. It take 45 daya to issue offer. However, the process was smooth & transparent. The work life balance is major concern at NSDL
