5 days after I applied, they scheduled a face to face interview. It was a group interview, informal. 4 of them talking to me. They explained their team's function, what they needed and asked me to fill in how I could help. Some tech questions to verify my knowledge, but mostly how would you work within a team, how would you approach a difficult colleague, etc... Very easy, calm interview. 2 technical people, 2 non-technical so questions didn't really come in any kind of order, just thrown out there as they thought of them. Got an offer 3 days later.
