I applied online. I interviewed at National Multiple Sclerosis Society in Mar 2026
Interview
The team was very communicative and transparent from the start. Due to the high volume of applications, the hiring manager reached out to ask some selected candidates to submit a video responding to three interview questions. The hiring manager provided details around the questions and shared a video of his own as an example.
From there, I received notification within 2 business days of the deadline that I was selected to move forward to meet with 2 members of the team. Then, for the final 3rd round interview, I was updated within 1-2 business days that I was moving forward to that. Once all the rounds were completed, I was given a verbal offer less than a day after completing the interview process.
At each step, the team provided clear information on what to expect and kept to their timelines.

Interview
Effective interview feedback should be timely, honest, and actionable, focusing on specific behaviors and skills rather than personality. It bridges the gap between hiring needs and candidate growth, often highlighting technical expertise, communication skills, or areas for development like, for example, needing more detailed examples

Interview
Friendly and straightforward with a focus on bringing out creativity. Interviewers were not intimidating which was indicative of my employment experience there as well. Lots of standard questions to prepare for, like the "5 years" question.
