Process was relatively easygoing. 3 people were present in mine and it was done through ZOOM. People attending were managers and other associates that you might be expected to work with. Role I applied for required design so they asked me to present my portfolio

They were very friendly and welcoming during the interview! Might require some experience for certain areas of librarianship but seems like a very nice place to work in if given the opportunity.

Two interviews - Online video and Face-to-face Panel interviews
Online video interview had 6 questions and one of them is a short write up.
Face-to-face Panel interviews was a second stage. There were four interviewers. They were friendly and asked questions pertaining to the job.
