A task will be given, on completing the task, personal interview will be conducted. During personal interview basics of sql and oops concepts, asp .net validatios will be asked. Then the fin al HR round will be conducted.

Question 1
For Interview task will be given , the task consits of creating webforms performing CRUD operations, sql store procedures, creating RDLC reporting and webservices.
It was good but while machine test there were working employees and their conversations distracts more, however the interview was quite good and the machine test was also moderate level difficulty

I have applied for senior role through CMM level 3 staffing agency.but as soon as I joined video call,an Old man was screaming in a call regarding CTC to someone that he cannot give.later he started asking me how much experience you have. Where you are working and How much you are getting ? Will you able to join less than your current salary? I said my expectation is more than my current salary.interview was very very utter basic may be fresher.hardly only 15 min of interview. Guys don't go for lateral positions in this organisation this is just government they are very very far behind industry standard of giving the compensation. Finally just waste of time irrespective of answering all questions he still didn't select me as he was expecting me to join in very low salary. The technical discussion will start with salary discussion. Full waste ot time.
