Application, then they call you in for a test, if you do well enough on that test they call you in for an interview, then a second interview. If you ace all of those you then go for an in-house physical exam and drug test. In the mean-time your driving record and references are being checked and must be legit and good(driving record).

It was an online assessment and video interview, powered by HireVue. Not something I was anticipating to be quite honest. I prefer to interview with humans for a more natural flow of conversation.
Very concise and interesting. The interviewer was very friendly and took her time with the process. It was precise and had no trick questions or statements. she was very professional.
