Interview process is 2 phases in the same day (if they like you).
1st Phase: Panel interview with 2 other candidates.
2nd Phase: Panel interview with 2 managers (without other candidates).
Best advice I can give: Read those interview questions on Glassdoor.com. The managers use a script of questions. I regret not looking at the interview section of Glassdoor.com when it comes to National General.
This interview process is definitely unlike any other interview experience I've ever had.
Also, walking through their workspace, its all open concept, half cubes. And it appears everyone on the floor is very young, I would say mid twenties, early thirties.
