      Interview

NDR has a solid interview process. Everyone was professional and fair. They make you feel valued as a human being while learning about you and your qualifications and skills. The questions were relevant and thought provoking. The conversations lead by interviewers, Mandy and Austin were comfortable, engaging, and I felt that each of them wanted to see me succeed and do my best in the interview. I've experienced interviews where you feel threatened, this was NOT the case. They laid the platform for the applicant to perform their best. They did a wonderful job listening and responding to my answers to make the interview flow very well. Thank you!

      Application

      Interview

I had an interview with National Debt Relief and, unfortunately, found the process to be unprofessional. Communication was inconsistent, with unclear instructions and delays in responses. The interviewer seemed unprepared and disengaged, which made the conversation feel rushed and not very respectful of my time. Overall, the experience did not reflect well on the company's internal culture or values.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell me about a time you faced a significant problem at work. How did you identify the issue, what steps did you take to resolve it, and what was the outcome?"
