Applied online then 2 days later I get a phone call from a recruiter. Short phone interview then got invited to a face to face interview with three different people. a week later I received the offer but it is still contingent upon passing the exam following the training week.

Interview
I had three interviews in total, and overall it was a very pleasant process. The questions weren’t overly difficult as long as you prepare and research. Each interviewer was professional, friendly, and enjoyable to speak with.

Interview
Quick and easy short questions, they want to get you rolling quickly because it is a lot of information to learn and how to work sales force. Remote work for now since I been there.
It started with a small math quiz, then an interview with HR and a Negotiator manager. The next steps was a type of training seminar for 3 days where we were tested at the end of the 3rd day. Based on test scores, some were selected to be Legal Negotiators.
