Generally straight forward and organized. Process took several weeks. Managers were interested in subject matter expertise, communication and language skills. Job is done in bilingual and multilingual setting. Unlikely to move forward with interview process without these core skills.

Interview
The process was straightforward and streamlined. The recruiting team is very professional and was able to manage the on-boarding process in a timely fashion. There are three or four rounds of interviews starting with HR all the way to program managers and senior operations managers.
Web interviews - you will be interviewed by a panel of current employees, somewhere between 2 and 3. There will be time for you to ask questions at the end.
