National Board for Professional Teaching Standards interview questions

Brief phone interview, then was invited to the office for in-person interview. The interview lasted about an hour. There were 4 people from the Board in the room, and 3 or 2 (can't remember exactly) looped in via video conference. They asked questions that I was prepared to answer, however, they were still difficult questions nonetheless.

Process took about 8 weeks in total. Everyone was polite and very passionate about their work. It first started with a phone screening, then a series of interviews by team.
