I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NatWest Group (Chennai) in Sept 2018
Interview
Had in total 5 rounds.
1st round was MCQ. They have given 20 questions . (Most of the questions were from multithreading)
2nd round - coding. Out of 4 jave to write code for 3. (2 scenarios are from multi threading)
3rd round - Face2Face Technical Interview.
4th round - Design Problem. The person gave problem and asked solution for it. 2 questions were given, i was able to crack one.
5th round - Project Manager round. Mostly about the project I had worked. Also some technical discussions
6th round was HR round. Package discussions. Was completely disappointed as they offered only 35% hike after these many rounds.
People were filtered right from round 1 based on the marks.
