After submitting basic preliminary info I was directed to take two online evaluation/tests. The first was a basic personality test and the second was a math/language "IQ" test. The personality test is straight forward but the math/language test requires one to answer the questions quickly and accurately. The total test time is 15 or 20 min and there are 126 questions, don't expect to answer them all (126 questions @20 min is 10 sec/ question).
After submitting both evaluations I was called promptly the next day to set up an interview. The first interview took place with an HR rep and the VP of Nascent. Questions were wide ranging but both interviewers were very friendly and genuine in their inquires. I was genuinely impressed with their inclusion of my family because as it was put, "we are hiring the whole person, and that includes your family." The interview lasted an hour and after concluding the interview I was taken on a tour of the facility.
After the first interview, I was asked to interview a second time with the original interviewers with an addition of the lead engineer and owner of the company. The second interview was much more technical in nature and was primarily used to determine a position and career path that would best suit my interests and talents. This second interview again lasted about an hour.
