Rude interviewer. Asked questions, then interrupted constantly. Could barely answer the questions due to the interruptions and lack of opportunity to answer. Was visibly distracted on the call. Was told there would be an assignment as a next step. Sorry, I don't do free work. Some of the questions asked me for detailed steps on how I accomplished certain things. You expect me to tell you without hiring me? Showed no interest in me as a person, very much treated like a cog in the machine.
I applied online. I interviewed at Nas Company in Oct 2025
Interview
The interview questions themselves were pretty standard, but the interviewer had a really big ego the vibe wasn’t very friendly. From what I learned, most of the decision-making is centralized with CEO and the mgt team, and there seems to be a lot of overtime as well. overall the environment didn’t feel very empowering.
In the initial 15-minute recruiter call, the process was outlined as follows: first an assignment (if moving forward), then a second call with the recruiter, followed by interviews with both COOs, and finally a discussion with the CEO.
