I applied at Napleton Valley Hyundai in Aurora, IL. The entire interview was very straightforward. The manager took me through the dealership, introduced me to the staff, and sat down with me to address any questions or concerns I had. He made sure to describe the role in-depth so that I was comfortable moving forward.

You will be interviewed by the owner or general manager it’s a simple interview they rely on communication skills and if you have a personality more than anything. Treat this like you would handle a customer in the dealership be lively energetic and personable
