When your work is at actual production quality, it concerns them rather than recognizing it being a difference in engineering practices which I thought it should have been another round of discussion for that. What worse is, strong opinions like this was not even raised by them during / after the interview and their preference over a full jupyter notebook solution over a proper code base. Small little things like this speak a lot about their engineering culture and maturity.

Presentation of assignment which included questions about your implementation and some live coding questions related to the assignment 5. Interview with Head of People and Engineering Manager of the team you will be working in.
