Approached by HR and scheduled a one time user interview with user (devops lead). Takes about 2 to 3 weeks until the offering comes out. Process was transparent and fast.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nanovest in Nov 2024
Interview
HR interview -> user interview (including live query test). The process was actually simple and in short time. And the recruiter promised me to send me the offering letter. But what I really disappointed was the recruiter didn't give that offering letter. For 1 month. And only after I followed up in mid jan 2025, she simply sorry and said my role was postponed until q3 2025. They even posted jobs in linkedin in the same jan 2025. They just want to "farm" the candidate data, and possible financial data (e.g. salary slip).
There are 2 interview process, HR interview and User Interview. HR interview ask about daily while User Interview ask about backend & frontend. There is livecode too about Fizz buzz
