Nanocomposix interview questions

Asked chemistry questions, skillset, and soft skills on conflict resolution. Did phone screening first, then 1 hr interview with three team members. The interview worked as a panel style with each member taking terms asking questions.

Initial interview went great, it was the follow up interview where things went south. I was told I would have to accept an offer that was 15k lower then what was agreed to in the first interview in order to proceed with the hiring process. Demoted before even setting foot in the building. I opted out of the deal.
