Submitted the application through Indeed. Recalled answering a lot of questions related to law practices, including federal civil procedure rules. Then received a call from HR for some questions and scheduled an interview. First-round with the General Counsel and the HR. One week later, second-round with the CFO and CEO.

This place has lost its marbles, in my opinion. CFO was just hired on and he was trying to change culture. The culture is the employees do whatever they want , run over managers and no respect for authority. No flexibility even though your exempt, its Japanese owned so go figure. They dont believe in flexibility work.life bal. 20 mins was that someone missed a punch and how would you approced it? that's their managers issues not HR. They said they hired a HR Manager but let her go after 3 months because she was to soft. Hello she's tryoing to get a grasp of everything and 3 months is not enoyugh time to ebvelaute of she can change the culture there or not. Long story short the recruiter asked me how it went, I said I'll PASS
