The interview is mostly through Skype. Dr. Shams likes to interview everyone himself, so it might take several days to get you a working interview time. I received a phone call from HR department asking for an interview appropriate time. The actual interview took place 2-3 weeks later due to principal's busy time. I received a Skype call at the scheduled time. The interview was casual/friendly & I was prepared for it.
