I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at NYU Langone Health
Interview
I spoke with two Recruiters so far from Insight Global. I initially received a message on LinkedIn by Recruiter 1, was able to setup a call with this person quickly and had a short conversation focused mostly on getting to know me and my work experience. Salary range was asked and the Recruiter was willing to provide me with their range. I was recommended to continue in the interview process and was handed off to Recruiter 2 who scheduled a call shortly after. This call was also quick, similar conversation, but also asked for more information about what I'm looking for next in my career. This Recruiter knew of more positions, including one that was more senior than the initial role I was interviewing for, and recommended me to continue interviewing for the more senior position.
First round interview was conversational and questions were standard. It was conducted over Zoom with the direct supervisor. The scheduling was done on Calendly promptly. Overall, it was a decent experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at NYU Langone Health (New York, NY) in May 2023
Interview
Pretty Straight-forward. The recruiters were really quick with responding to my emails. I had a screening in the beginning, followed by a tech round (Panel of 3) and a final HR round.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at NYU Langone Health
Interview
There were three rounds of interviews with both medical and business professionals asking questions about both skillset, desired career path and familiarity with medical systems. As there is a clear association with NYU Medical school, questions also addressed school registrations systems
