NW Kodiak Construction interview questions

I attended about a two hour interview that consisted of many questions including personal interests and hobbies, what my long term or short term goals are. What I knew about the company I was interviewing for, my educations and skill set. Then I was required to exhibit my skills on spreadsheets and writing.
