Interviewed in office, it was a pretty laidback process. They had a set list of questions and I went through just one round of interviews. The questions focused on relevant experience and skills.
One interview with 2 people via zoom. A few basic knowledge questions concerning GIS. Friendly and easy going people. Not intimidating. Lasted about an hour. Standard get to know you questions and good info about what the job actually entails.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NV5 (Corvallis, OR) in Feb 2020

The interview process was only one round and was about 45 min long. It was a panel of two people. They asked a lot of basic interview questions. I heard back from them soon after.
