It was easy. but they should carry out the process in one day. it's very difficult for outsiders to come again and again. First, they called for written multiple-choice questions exams, and then 2 days later, they called for face-to-face interviews.

The hiring is a three-step process. At first you have an interview with faculty members and after that shortlisted candidates are called for an interview with their respective dean/director of the institute, then HR team conducts a psychometric evaluation of the candidates which is followed by an interview with hr team.

A technical test was taken. It was followed by an interview. The interview was conducted by the faculty members. The result was conveyed through an email. There was no separate HR interview.
