The interview was organised quickly, they were open and honest about the salary which is about the average in Spain, so not great, the expectations and the vibe of the company, I think if you're looking to develop a career in ELT and can sacrifice earnings for professional development then it's a good place to be!

Nothing actually, we just chatted, I think my CV covered everything so the job was mine before the interview
Online interview, nice lady. The questions were not the pointless "where do you see yourself in 5 years..?" type, they were practical and related to the job. It was really to see what kind of person you were.

Pleasentries exchanged, employer was keen to hear I had zero previous experience as their method would be very different anyway. Seemed a straight forward interview. Asked if i would interrupt students and be happy correcting on the spot, I replied yes, guy said great answer,
