Was very comprehensive and good preparation materials were provided. Warm team. Seemed like an equal opportunity process. Was not selected for further interview and I think that was on overall fit.

What is the single best metric to assess the success of a campaign?
In depth and very long, I remember having to prepare a presentation and run through it in quite a big empty room. The interviewers were personable and kind, but ultimately it was intimidating.
Friendly supportive interview panel, gave a lot of information about the role and the wider organisation. Had a pre-prepared task and then standard interview questions. Time to ask questions at the end.
