      Litigation Paralegal Interview

      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      I interviewed at NRDC

      Interview

It goes like this: Recruiter --> Random Person From Different Location --> Writing Sample --> Team Interview. I made it to writing sample. At which point they eliminated me because the team felt I made too many errors. I've had several people look over it since then (one of them also being an attorney) and they don't see anything I missed. Regardless I feel this was a waste of time. Why have me interview three times, do a sample and then have a team who has not interviewed me review a sample? Why even waste my time with the first two interviews if the sample is the deciding factor? 4 rounds for a paralegal role is evil, lol.
