Extremely lengthy phone interview, well over 45 mins, and while interviewer was very nice, many of the questions were completely unrelated to the position and fluff questions. Then went on to find out there would be a pre-recorded interview where I would have to tape myself answering questions, on top of another 1-2 virtual live interviews. Complete nonsense. I am not interviewing for a CEO position. If I need to jump through all these hoops to answer phone calls, I can imagine what it must be like working there. While the position paid well, seem to be no more then a glorified call center job with a fancy title...
