Applied online in Dec 2018. Was set up for, and participated in, a phone interview. Recruiter said that the next step would be an in-person interview. I followed up with her twice, got the same spiel. It is now March. Never heard back from anyone. In my opinion, if a company treats you this poorly in the interview/hiring process, then they're going to treat you even worse as an employee.

The interviewers at first appeared nice, but they were very condescending. They seemed to be members of the 'old boys' club. Being female, I got the impression I was just wasting my time. They didn't seem to interested in my experience or background. It was as if , I didn't already know it, I wasn't capable of learning it. It was very disheartening.

Interview
Interview process was very pleasant but took long time. 1st was phone 2nd in person 3rd with supervisor and then a very long and in depth background check. Overall I thought it was a good process for such a large company.
