Arcane. It begins with a low-level recruiter who asks pre-determined questions to get to the next level.
You then meet with the hiring manager one on one. They you are subjected to a group interview with a number of current Project Managers who do their best to trip you up and prove how much more they know than you. All in the group have pre-prepared lists of questions.

Question 1
How do you deal with having responsibility for results with no authority to drive the participants.
The interview process was very lengthy and grueling, be prepared to spend at least 3 hours for the entire process. I was interviewed by four different managers on the same day, each one was ranked higher than the last.
