Please don't waste time interviewing in this organization . They took 4 round of interview 3 technical and last Managerial round. Out of first 3 2 interview was taken by onshore people & I received very positive feedback from first 3 rounds in the 4th round they asked about basic technical question similar to what was asked in earlier rounds and i belive i answer all of the question correctly and more accurately then first 3 round as i was prepared but not sure what went wrong and in the next email they inform we can not go ahead with my application without giving any proper reason.i've asked for the feedback to Hr But received typical Hr response "Sure, we will check with panel and will get back to you with detailed feedback" and its been more than few weeks no feedback received till now ************still waiting******* Suggestion : if candidate is going too far please share the detailed feedback this is the least candidate is expecting in such cases.
