it was long, they made me take a picture with the patient who they brought in to see my soft skills. I was asked a variety of questions on my educational background, work experience wtc.

1x interview - clinical questions including case studies - requires examples. Leadership question, clinical governance,knowledge and skills based questions, equality, research. Asked to analyse a video and describe assessment and treatment plan

This was for a locum role - process was very relaxed. Interview was over the phone and recruitment handled the rest. Easy process (lots of paper work however and double up's between NHS and recruitment).

Clinical questions relating to required population/needs.
Asked more clinical questions, not really much on trust values expect inclusivity (asked for a scenario). Took around 30 mins and was about 7 questions. Got back with me within the week
