Firstly was asked to tell the panel about myself. Then I was asked how I have managed competing priorities. I was asked what I would do if my band 2 told me that the case notes weren't prepared for a clinic the next day at and it was the end of the working day. I was asked about strengths and weaknesses.

The interview is point based. You must have knowledge on patient pathway journeys, wait list times, Patient Pathway wait, PTL knowledge, understanding how to work Microsoft B.I. Understanding the urgency of meeting National targets.
