Interview
Initially applied and waiting a good while until I heard about having an interview. The interview itself was relatively basic and I was asked 9 behavioural questions by the 3 interviewers. Once the interview was complete I heard by the end of the week about the interview outcome.

Tell me what you would do if someone you were working with did not understand what you were explaining to them.
Good,asked about team work,work under pressure ,lab tour before the interview.Interview panel was very good and friendly. The Was easy . No much technical questions . Had a good day
Lab tour, short panel interview, small competency quiz, driving test. 5 staff members involved in total. Quiz was checking numbers, mental maths and basic comprehension. Driving was in a VW caddy around the local area
