Mines was over the phone, a few of the questions I didn’t fully understand, the girl was very nice and explained in a different way. I was then told to collect my uniform and complete online tasks, was one of the easiest interviews.

Much less intimidating than I thought, very humane and they made me feel at ease. I felt well supported throughout and never felt like they were trying to catch me out. The conversation flowed easily and they gave me plenty of time so I didn’t feel rushed.

They asked about how I would handle a confidentiality situation.

asked quite difficult questions so be cautious and communicate well
Not a bad experience. It was smooth as questions asked were something I had prepared for, so it was a smooth process for me. The interviewers were also very friendly and make the experience good too
