I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NHS (London, England) in May 2022
Interview
I interviewed at NHS London. The Interview took 30minutes. There were 3 people on the panel. They took a lot of notes. They were friendly.
They asked scenario questions about customer service, patient confidentiality, how to prioritise tasks and working in a team. I suggest you also prepare answers to questions relating to the NHS core values as these were asked.
I did not do any excel, literacy or numeracy tests.
The next day, I was called I got the job.

Applied on the NHS jobs website, where I filled out personal information and wrote why I was a suitable fit for the role and how I match the criteria for the role. Consisted of a series of questions relevant to the duties of the role being applied for.
I had filled out my application and proofed it and then I submitted it. The application was extremely straight forward and I would recommend it to anyone. You are able to view your application process
