Applied on NHS jobs online. Interview was with a panel of two. It included a lot of scenario questions. I did not get a job offer, but they were very kind and provided great feedback when I asked.

Scenario: You are alone in the office, you answer the phone and it is a patients relative who is upset and has a complaint. How would you deal with this?
Competency test based on skills is very beneficial it can take about 30 minutes to one hour depending on ur capabilities
The overall experience was very great and i wished to get an offer

Interview
There were three interviewees, two dieticians and a dietetic assistant. It began with the interviewees explaining the role. Then they asked 5 questions. It finished with asking if I had any questions.

Okay.
Asked fairly simple questions about safeguarding and that type of thing. Contacted me with a date to interview pretty fast after job AD closure. They don’t discriminate based on home address.
