Formal process with panel interview. Asked why I had applied for this particular role and to give some examples of my relevant experience. Very clear questions about technical abilities. Some behavioural questions were not something I had encountered much before mainly in private sector.

Questions specifically relating to job described, some about compliance topics (data protection, etc).
Very good friendly staff, unfortunately role was given internally.
They gave future advice and tips for interviews. Real positive experience for the process. Interview was short but sufficient to the role.
Microsoft teams, following online application. Jobs listed on NHS website and application completed through Trac jobs. Relatively simple process and not left waiting too long for outcome, interview was brief but insightful. Would recommend
