No process or options for strategy and my skills were aligned directly to the role but no consideration or conversation just an assessment that was irrelevant to the role. I received no feedback.
Multiple rounds, some in person. Took a long time to get some scheduled but most folks were very friendly and good conversations. Don’t really feel like “quizzes” and very subject matter specific.

They did a total of 4 interviews and then ghosted me. Why do 4 interviews just to disrespect me. I even followed up and they said we are making a decision in a week or two and ghosted me again. I rather not work for a company that treats candidates so poorly. What would one expect once hired - even worse treatment.
Why waste my time doing that many seperate interviews ?? Unfortunately I am quite disappointed with NFL, it is not positive culture.
