This was an initial phone screen followed by a technical phone interview by a client company employee. GTA uses their own recruiter to locate me vía LinkedIn as I recall. First interview was information gathering and skill match ing. Second interview was far more technically focused to determine if there was enough strength in the Openstack software stack.
