Interview
Brief and direct. Met with an HR rep and then a senior VP. Targeted questions by the VP who was fixated on specific experience like that which they imaged for the current position.

Interview
Applied online , got a call from a recruiter following up with a phone interview. The phone interview basically asked about your background to see if it matches job descriptions. After that Hiring manger asked for Code Samples.... If you work as a Software Engineer, you should know it's something called NDA. That means we cannot share our work code to anyone. So fine, I took a little of time to wrote a quite easy code (implemented Game of Life with the required design patterns and Solid Principle). Hiring Manger looked at it and decided to pass. I was not sure what he wanted and what exactly he expected? an enterprise application? Really?

Interview
40 min phone interview. There were two people present on the call. One from HR the other from Technical team. HR asked questions about my background, education. Technical guy discussed my project in detail. Some questions from c programming and data structures. Some technical questions which were followup of my projects. Then had a 10 min discussion regarding one of their products.
At the end of the call the HR told that I will be informed me the result in two weeks. Didn't receive the response till after 3 months.
